1. Is the price on your website real price, why it is much cheaper than market price?
We manage our business with lower overhead than a retail store or a company. We needn't employ many different departments, and needn't pay the much fees for advertising, renting a store, asking other team for alteration etc.We are the largest professional wedding factory in our city, and our clients can order dress from our factory directly. Since we do not have to accommodate for these costs, we can pass the savings onto our customers.
2. Does the price show on your website including postage?
The price on our website is retail price, not including the shipping cost, the postage will be
EUR 15 for each item via EMS.
EUR 30 for each item via TNT/DHL.
3.If I buy 2 or more dresses at the same time, do I need to pay postage for twice or more?
If you order 2 or more dresses including accessories from our website and we can send them together to same address, you just need to pay for postage once.
4.What is the delivery time for orders?
Normally it take 20-25 days for Standard size or Custom orders.

EMS : about 7-10 days
TNT/DHL :about 2-5 days
5.Can i choose rush order service?
The rush order policy just available for dresses in our website) is as follow:
1. 7-day rush order, which means 7 days time to finish, and shipping time 2-5 days,
extra fee is EUR 100
2.14-day rush order, which means 14 days time to finish, and shipping time 2-5 days,
extra fee is EUR 50
6.What is the return policy?
We realize that it is difficult to purchase a wedding dress over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us firstly when there is a problem with items you received.Please contact us firstly before sending items back to us,and we don't accept returns without contacting us.
We just accept returns on standard size wedding gowns in perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, no alterations).
Dress(es) must be sent back within 3 days from the receipt day.
For exchanges, the clients pay all shipping cost.
For returns, A 30 % restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

Secondly you make out the color and the size, then, click “Add To Cart ”, so the dress has been bought. If you want to buy other items, you could click “Go on Shopping”. Otherwise, you could choose “checkout”;
Thirdly, you need make out the information as directions; just please notice the Shipping/Delivery for the postage.
Last step; click the button “check out using PayPal”. Our business paypal email is landy.p@hotmail.com. When you have finished your payment, then, our customer service will send your size form and confirm your dress color.
For non-members of Landybridal
Firstly, please choose your dress;

8. How to Choose a Wedding Style?
Everyone thinks they know how to buy a wedding gown. What most women don't realize is fabrics, style and measurements can influence the style of wedding dress that best compliments a particular body type.
a. Full figured women
If you are a full figured woman the best silhouette is an A- Line. A-line lengthens the whole body without drawing attention to your waistline. The empire waist is another good choice. The empire is narrowest just below the bust and conceals your waist and hips.
Many plus size girls tend to purchase wedding gowns that cover a lot of skin. If religion isn't an issue don't be afraid to show some skin. Skin is sexy and showing your arms and neckline can often make one appear smaller.
Deep V necks and scoop necks flatter curvy figures and always look best on full figured women.
b. Petite
A-line wedding dresses are also flattering on a petite woman. As we stated earlier it lengthens the body. Sheaths seem to shorten a small body even more. Stay clear of very full skirts. You want to keep your wedding dress in proportion to your body.
Be careful with strapless.
A petite woman may have to lift her arms to reach up to her new husband.
A cap sleeve gives the feeling of a strapless gown and also serves a practical purpose in holding the gown in place.
c. Large bust women
Off the shoulder gowns look wonderful on a full bust. It draws our attention upward, emphasizes the shoulders and minimizes the chest. Keep your skirt narrow. Wearing a full skirt will make you look large on top and bottom.
d. Bottom heavy
Women who are larger through their hips and buttocks should look for a wedding dress that focuses on their upper body preferably with a full skirt. Show your arms back and bust line.
Corset style bodice with lacing will highlight your upper body. We want to draw attention away from your hips. Avoid pleats or gathered fabric around the waist.

10. How do I know what size to order?
It is difficult to provide sizing information without being able to see you in person. If you choose to order one fit you, in order to have the best possible experience, we strongly recommend that you have your measurements taken by a professional before buying any gown online. We have provided the sizing available. Small variations for all wedding gowns are to be expected. And of course, tailoring is necessary for all quality garments to achieve the best possible fit.
11. Can I have a gown made to my measurement?
Of course, we can make dresses for you according to your measurements. We can make the dress in your size without extra fee if your size is between size 4 and size 22. Extra EUR 50 should be charged for UK size 24-28.
12. How should I clean my beautiful wedding dress?
Please get your dress cleaned after each time you wear it. If it is not cleaned in a reasonable amount of time after wearing, and a yellowing of the fabric may result from prolonged storage. Please take your bridal gown to a professional cleaner the specializes in bridal dresses. Your normal cleaner may damage the precious dress by using the wrong chemicals.
13. How will I know my dress is on its way?
If you give us a valid email address, you will receive an email with a tracking number when your dress is shipped. You can also check the status of your order anytime.
14. Can you cancel my order? I want to change the color of my order, is this possible?
We will start making your order as soon as payment received, and we can't cancel such an order. If we have started making your order, we can't accept big change for your order such as the color choice. So please double check your order before your payment.
15. Do you have any dress in stock?
Yes, we have some dresses in standard size, all of them are brand new. We made them for immediately dispatch. We can forward the updated list of them if you want to see them.
